Willow Creek AVA, Paso Robles, CA
This Viognier was picked from Russell Family Vineyard in Paso Robles, before leaving on the skins for 36 hours, then pressed into new French oak barrels where it underwent fermentation and malolactic fermentation. After harvest, the wine was aged sur lie (on the lees) for 11 months, with weekly bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) to enhance mouthfeel.
This Viognier is creamy and full-bodied.
