2018 Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé

Willow Creek AVA, Paso Robles, CA

Pinot Noir picked from the Russell Family Vineyard, pressed immediately into neutral barrels, where it underwent fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The rosé was aged for 6 months before being sent to Rava Winery, where it went through the Methode Champenoise process and spent 3 years on the lees, before riddling and final bottling. 

This is not a typical style of bubbles - it is full bodied, with round, nutty flavors.
