Orange Muscat picked from Farmhouse Vineyards and pressed immediately into stainless tank. Wine was fermented completely, with no residual sugar. It was then forced carbonated with CO2 while being bottled, for a lighter effervesce impact that the traditional style of sparkling.
While there is no sweetness, the Orange Muscat grape is very fragrant and bright, so this is a crisp, clean, floral wine.
