The Mamba is always our top wine, with the blend changing yearly to accommodate picking the best barrels and blend! And I think the 2019 vintage is the best one we have ever made. The 3 components of this wine were aged separately, all in French oak barrels (mix of medium and light toast), before bottling and aging in bottle for 2 years before release. This is a powerful wine with super soft mouthfeel, making it a great wine for both experienced wine drinkers and newbies.
