This Cabernet was a last production of a full Cab - future vintages have been blended into other wines. This wine was aged for 22 months in new French oak, light toast, to let the fruit and structure shine. This Cab ended up being very tannic, with years to burn. It has a round mouthfeel and great, bright structure.
