2020 Much Ado

38% Mourvedre, 31% Grenache, 31% Syrah

Willow Creek AVA, Paso Robles, CA

This wine is blend of the 3 main varieties of the Rhone valley, which have become the main red grapes in Paso Robles. These varieties aged separately in once used French oak barrels for 34 months before blending and bottling. This wine is big and fruity with soft oak and velvety mouthfeel.
