2023 Viognier

2021 Roussanne

Texas High Plains, Brownfield, TX

This Roussanne was picked from Farmhouse Vineyards in Brownfield, TX, before being pressed into once-used French oak barrels where it underwent fermentation and malolactic fermentation. We aged the wine sur lie (on the lees) with weekly bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) for 11 months before bottling. 

This Roussanne is medium to full bodied with a round, creamy mouthfeel, and bright natural acidity.
