Aging: Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank, then underwent full methode champenoise sparkling process and aged on the lees for 1.5 years. Sugar added to a dosage level of 31 g/L to create a demi-sec (sweet but not the sweetest) style of sparkling wine.
