Vineyard: Kubacak Vineyard, Farmhouse Vineyard, Reddy Vineyard, Canted County Vineyard
Appellation: Texas High Plains
Aging: Grapes were separately fermented in stainless steel tank. Tempranillo aged for 4 years in both new and neutral French oak barrels; Sagrantino aged for 1.5 years in new Hungarian oak barrels; Roussanne aged for 2.5 years in used French oak demi-muid; Marsanne and Viognier aged for 1.5 years in new and neutral French oak barrels.
