65% Tempranillo, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Roussanne

Texas Hill Country & Texas High Plains, TX

This is a fun non-vintage blend with Tempranillo and Cab from 2020, and Roussanne from 2022. We wanted to make a red wine that could be chilled like a white wine during these brutal Texas summers, so we blended the Roussanne in to add a bit of creamy softness and bright acidity. The varieties were all aged separately in French oak of varying ages before blending and bottling.
